Anybody that submitted a valid claim should be getting a check by March or April of '07.
>>>The settlement checks vary depending on the state that you filed in. The majority of states are $1.67 per RAL. However, it can be $3.66 to $60.90 per RAL. That's if every class member submits a claim. So, it can go up if only a handful of people submits a claim.
Although I wouldn't get too excited.<<

Settlement Checks for what?
If you were a party to a class action lawsuit, chances are all you will receive is a coupon.
Generally, the only people whom make money on class action lawsuits are the lawyers.
From the RAL Settlement:
>>>>>If every class member submitted a claim, your share of the common fund would be a minimum of $1.67 for each RAL you obtained during the class period. However, only a percentage of class members will actually submit claim forms. For example, if only one of every four class members return claim forms, your share of the fund would be $6.68 for each RAL you obtained ($1.67 times four). Your share will
be reduced by whatever percentage of the common fund is taken up with administration costs, attorney’s fees, expenses, and service payments. It is unlikely that such costs will exceed 30%, but they could be higher or lower.<<<<<
Wow.....big checks going out on this one.
