Speakers are on the rear deck of the car!

Yours are very easy. The factory speakers are mounted to the underside of the rear deck, held up with clips. Just release the clips and drop the speakers down. As for the new speakers, you can either cut out the carpet over the rear deck and top-mount the speakers in the holes, or mount them to the bottom of the deck like the old ones. If you choose to bottom-mount them, you'll need to pick a replacement speaker that has a gasket on the front face to keep the cone from hitting the mounting surface. The factory mounting clips may fit the new speakers, but most likely you'll need to fasten the speakers to the rear deck metal with self-tapping screws.
