First of all you need to make sure that you are not the only person around when you say something to her because if she does pick on people she might try to change the story around after she is confronted and if you have someone there at least there is a witness. Tell her that what she does makes the work environment very uncomfortable for you and your co-workers and that you all have a right to to be treated correctly at work. If this continues please speak to a Manager.

Just tell the person to stop...you won't get in trouble if it's benefiting the company and the people who work their.

tell her to knock it off. most likely there are more people that think the same think that, like you, are afraid to say something. It might as well be you that speaks up to stop it.

Since you are afraid to speak up -- leave an anonymous note (especially make sure no one sees you leave it). Make sure you type the note as well.

In the note simply tell her what you would want to tell her to her face. Keep it simple and to the point. Don't point out a bunch of stuff that is irrelevant.

If you share a supervisor, I would talk with your supervisor first. Be professional and address her behavior. Give specifics on the types of behaviors you have seen. Ask your supervisor if they would like you to talk to her or if they want to do it.

If you don't share a supervisor, tell your supervisor what you plan to do and get advice. There's no reason to end up on the wrong side of a pink slip for some stupid bully!

In my country she would be termed a bully and would be in serious trouble if she was reported. She would receive a disciplinary hearing and could loose her job. She will likely turn out to be a coward so you could try telling her to stop it (preferably with witnesses in case she takes offence).

dont be afraid to speak your mind unless that person is your boss which in that case should act more professional and not pick on ppl. tell that person that is very rude to pick on people even if its just a joke .good luck

Best thing to do is go and speak to your HR department and let them handle it. If she's creating a hostile work environment, they need to know about it and let them address the problem with her. Be specific about her behavior and be clear about how you would like it to be corrected. Hang in there.

Just tell her to F' off or else you are going to slit her throat. That should work.

If she goes to HR, just deny it. Use your history of silence to your benefit.
