ive tried to do sit ups everyday and they are not working and i do not want to try pills.please help!

You can't in 2 weeks. You might already have a 6 pack but people dont realize that it wont show unless you have very little fat over your abdominal region. Sit ups and crunches on the floor are probably the least affective ab exercises.

Read the articles on this website. There is quite a number on abs. Truths Myths Do's and Don'ts. Very informative.

Two weeks is not enough time to see results but don't let that stop you. Do as many crunches as you can everyday. If your stomach is sore, that means its working. Just keep pushing yourself. If fact when your done reading this drop down and do 50 crunches right now. Anytime you watch TV or just have a few spare minutes, do some crunches. Your never gonna get toned abs if you don't start somewhere. For some more ab exercises go to www.about.com

Now that's funny, really funny. First there are no pills you can take and second it takes a minimum of 6 weeks to see any results from any exercise you do. Dream on.

You can't burn the fat that covers the abs woithout doing some major cardio and watching what you eat. Your muscles probably don't show under the fat layer.
