Getting a dog!!!!!?

I am getting a 4 month old yorkie Saturday....any tips that would help me with it. I've never had a yorkie before.

If you are taking the dog from a home with the mother of the dog, take a cheap receiving blanket or towel and rub all over the mother and put it in the dogs bed and they will not cry.

I haven't either, but you should make sure you have a leash, a collar, a bed, food, treats, toys, and, make sure you are with the dog the first days, mcause it will want attention and love. It is also good to stay close to it the first night cause some puppies get the runs or throw up because they are nervous.
