i m 20 now, my hight is 5'3" nd my weight is 67. i want to know wt should be my actual weight nd wt would be my diet chart. wt kind of food i should take daily?

you weight and ur hight if u detucted them from each other they should get 100 or +10 or -10 maximum and minimum
for example i am 175 cm and 75 kg
175 - 75 = 100 then i okay and dont need to lose or gain weight
