my washing machine has working like clockwork until today!!?

i have it a few years now..the power button comes on red,it spins etc but no water is coming in to wash the clothes..what could be the problem can some one help me please..great if your a plumber

you have a clockwork washing machine? buy a new one! the electrical kind!
