first of all get a bit more romantic --- usually all you need to do is let a guy know you are interested and they will be all over you --- and you need to treat it with a lot more interest and passion

just jump him and tell him you want him. If you have been with each other for a while and he is comfortable i dont see the problem. If you have only been together for a few i would try to do it in a more subtle way so that he doesnt think you are a slut.
