The complexities of the human body, the Universe, the Big Bang, microorganisms, etc.

Guess which one I believe in.

However, neither can be proven. As many atheists have pointed out, you cannot say God exists just because you can't prove He doesn't.

However, you can't say God does not exist just because there is no proof He does not. And although the burden of proof IS on us theists, it is an impossible burden, as it cannot be proved.

Plus, what about all of the miracles that have happened in this world?

Its not my job to prove there is not a god any more than it is my job to prove there is not a magical teapot orbiting Neptune. If you want to convince me there is a teapot orbiting Neptune then you need to provide me with evidence sufficient for me to believe in it. Same with your god belief.

Answer to: I don't like hippies, nosire
Just pointing out I have a complex body or that the universe exists is no more an argument for a god than it is for that magical teapot.
I understand how complexity comes about. It comes from selection processes operating on variance. You need to show that your magical teapot is the only possible reason for the universe or a body existing. This involves showing that every possible alternate belief system is wrong. You have not done so. You can start by showing physicist Temark's "Theory of Everything" which is the belief that I currently subscribe to is wrong.

Im an agnostic atheist due to the burdan of proof. I cant prove there is no God much like I cant disprove Allah or Zeus existing. I cant disprove anything that is a negative and beyond my physical and mental capabilities. I just dont believe in the supernatural like you would not believe in vampires. Your just as atheistic as me whan it comes to other religions other than yours.
If you answer my question, you'll understand why I dont believe. Why dont you believe in other God(s) of other cultures/beliefs?

Mine is an outrageously ad hominem argument:

in my experience, christians are the most obnoxiously cruel people who must therefore worship an obnoxious and cruel ethical code. If there is a god, then it is obnoxious and cruel.

I prefer to believe that such a monstrous deity does not exist.

Logic dictates that you cannot prove a negative. Therefore the claimant is the one who must prove their claims. And, we are STILL waiting.

Philosophically, it is simple to prove the Christian God cannot and does not exist. In physical terms, you cannot prove a negative.

Atheism isn't a religion! We don't have to prove anything! Only a NEOCON would believe in god!
