A year ago? And they haven't complained to me yet about what keys I've been stroking? I guess I don't have anything to worry about then.

Nothing. If you are using the computer at work for personal reasons, then they have the right to know what it is.

Every company has an internet policy, and it usually states that all information going through their computers and servers, can be monitored.

Just don't be doing things that will get you fired!!

I would quit. I would quit because they did it ithout telling me and i wouldn't be ok with that. It is legal IF it was their computer. I wouldn't care about the legality, only the invasion of privacy. I would be ok with it if they had said from the beggining that they used keyloggers, but they were sneaky so i would quit.

I don't use my work computer for personal things.
If you did, then you'd have to change all your passwords to all your accounts you accessed at work within the last year.

If he owns the computer or the company gave permission to do so than its legal. However if the computer didn't belong to the company or him than its illegal.

What would I do? I'd QUIT!
You may be at work, but it's still an invasion of privacy.
