The ache is called delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) and is completely natural.

You're knees shouldn't really hurt any more than the rest of your body - you should see a doctor about this.

If by cramps you mean where your muscles tighten up and become really painful then this could be due to an injury to that muscle or you may have become dehydrated or be suffering from electrolyte loss. Drinking a sports drink after your training/match could help prevent this.

Well it's normal to hurt after working out, but I would take it easy on your body. Your muscles need time to repair themselves and if you kill your body and don't give it time to rest, your going to tear something. And the last thing you want to do is tear a muscle in your knee or your ACL.

it depends if you have just started to do so much exercise, if you have then it is normal as your boday has yet to adapt to the stress it is being put under but if you have been doing this for some time and the aching is still as much as it ever was and you are worried then i would see a doctor. good luck, hope all works out for you

NCAA is built up of athletes from university/college NFL are the professionals who get drafted after playing in the NCAA Division if they are good enough. Some rules are different in the NCAA too ex. overtime . coin toss decides who gets ball and team picks wether there offense or defense goes on the field

yes, it is my suggestion is to increase the number of times you work out leaving a day in between workouts. Every time you work out you tear down the muscle fibers. You may want to give them some time to rebuild your muscles.
