Would hyperthyroidism cause a little girl to have ADHD symptoms?

She's really skinny, yet she eats all the time. She has to go for tests for ADHD today, though. Any thoughts?

Overactive thyroid can definitely cause hyperactivity. Don't also neglect having her TSH levels drawn. Sometimes this is overlooked in children simply because it is uncommon. I remember a child from our neighborhood where I grew up with this. She was a terror, finally diagnosed when she was always moving at a frantic pace, never sleeping but the tip off was when her eyes started to kind of bulge as with Grave's disease. Good luck.
