expensive Befuddled, i'm Chef Robbins, ACF authorised. the respond on your question is extremely uncomplicated. Angel nutrition Cake!!!! surely, the thought of fat in an angel nutrition cake is ludicrous. Angel nutrition is leavened with an egg white foam. in case you upload a fat like Veg. oil or perhaps by twist of destiny get in basic terms a drop of the fat-wealthy yolk on your whites, they fall and are certainly ineffective! Even the flour content fabric is a few distance under widely used for a cake, a mire a million/3 to a million/2 cup in step with cake. inspite of having a reliable quantity of sugar, the cake has a well-being nutrition status. It has NO fat, minimum flour, and inspite of the sugar is one(if not the backside) calorie deserts there is. want something different than vinilla? upload your fashionable extract or for chocolate, upload coco powder(specific, coco powder is fat unfastened). they're extremely undemanding to make and recipes are plentiful on line(i like Alton Brown's). You can make some really great tasting deserts that are low fat if you substitute sugarless applesauce for your oil in cake mixes, and use a cooked marshmallow frosting, since marshmallows have little or no fat.

Here are a bunch of low fat recipes from another answer I'd given previously (... if any of the links don't work because their ends have been chopped off by YahooAnswers, just click on them from the original answer here):
