Mayo and pickle relish....Make salmon salad just like you would tuna salad. It's yummy.

Salmon patties...add one egg and enough flour to the salmon to make it stick together. Shape into round patties and fry in canola oil.

Salmon Patties w/ dill sauce
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can alaska pink salmon
1 egg lightly beaten
2 Tbs mayo
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 tsp dill
1/4 tsp black pepper
Combine all ingredients and shape into patties
In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat and fry patties on each side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
Serve on hamburger buns with your favorite condiments.
For dill sauce: mix 1/4 c mayo, 2 Tbs dijon mustard and 1tsp chopped dill

Steamed vegtables and rice. Since it's in a can, I would make salmon patties, (you mix an egg with the salmon and some flour on around the patties), and then put them on two pieces of loaf bread.

one great way to cook it is wrap it in tin foil with sliced onions, lemons, limes and vegetables and cook it on a barbecue grill.
