Unlikely it will ever happen again between countries of those
names. I suppose you can imagine an American vs. European
Union war ... but I can't imagine why the US would go to war with
one member of the EU.

America and Britain are allies. There will never be another war between the two of us.

Some time after WW4 would be my guess.
There is no reason for the US and England to come into military conflict unless the world drastically falls apart, and even then they are not near each other, so it would have to wait until we're back at the wooden sailing ships stage (after the rocks and sticks stage that WW3 leaves us in).

Never. They have accepted their role as second in command in the world. They are smart because they definetly get their kickbacks from us. They allow us to be number one, they allow us to be first in the fight, they allow us to lose more lives and spend more money. And when it is over they definetly reap the benefits. Any smart person would always wants to be friends with the school bully.
