I object to the term fly. It never says fly in an religious reference I've seen. It says appear. And who are you to say he hasn't at some point in time. If you refer to an appearance to the masses, then possible because of the mass disbelief is society today. Possibly because he has been there and done that particular thing and if you read the Bible, he doesn't seem to be into repeats. Believe or disbelieve on the evidence already given.

Listen. God doesn't do the whole Revelation thing any more, OK? He's past that phase, and I'm afraid there's no chance he'll come to your gig, so live with it, OK? If He wants to be a recluse, it's His decision. You need proof to believe in Him? That's your problem. I know he said He loves you, but he was young and drunk at the time, and He didn't mean it. Now, I've got a lot of calls to field for Him, so I'd appreciate it if you'd stop wasting my client's time.

Because next to those guys he's not that impressive.
BTW way, your question is the perfectly valid question,
"Why is god hiding?"
Theists like Dahlia call such questions for which they have no intelligent response "stupid." And I can assure you and Dahlia, who apparently hasn't read her Bible much, that the answer to that question is not in that book anywhere. The Pslams themselves, despite affirming their faith, ask this question repeatedly and one Psalm gives the answer all theists give:
Psalm 115: 2
Q: Why do the nations say, "Where is their God?"
Psalm 115: 3
A: Our God is in heaven; he does whatever pleases him.
And this is always the theists answer to "Where is your god?"
First it was "He is on the mountain."
We climbed the mountain and then it was, "He is in the clouds."
We pierced the clouds and it was, "He is in the heavens."
We sent ships in to the heavens and then it was, "He exists outside of time and space."
Their god and evidence of their god is always out of reach no matter where you reach. How that's any different from "We made it all up" I don't know. Well yes I do. They made it all up.

He sent Jesus to earth to become our High Priest. We can approach Him through Jesus so there is no need for Him to perch on a mountain.

Why so you can mock Him? He reveals himself to the faithful, Moses, not to the Mockers.
