i'm 19, i've done two semesters in junior college but failed most classes because i get depressed on how i wished i was in a good college. In high school i partied more then go to school. My g.p.a was 1.7. Is it possible to still make it to a good college like depaul or the unnivesity of illinois? Is it possible still?

I spent my senior year in hs at a junior college and had collected 20 credit. My 3.8 transfered to OSU as a pass/fail. i was never a freshmen as i entered with 20 credits.

first -take only the class that your counsilor advices will transfer to that college of your choice.
you can find that out by looking at the course numbers they should be the same as the college you want to enter.
second -take a few easy classes to bring up your gpa. you will need no less than a 2.0 or possibly 2.5 to transfer.
third- you could be inluck. Ohio only transfers classes that are c or better but it is turned into a pass/fail on the transcript at the new university.
talk to your councilor and find out what you need to enter a 4 year college If you work hard you could still make it in the university of illinois.
