I have seen lots of pics on the web of an animated picture.....usually of a person and it is obviously a small clip (max 4 seconds) of video, but saved as a jpeg picture. anyone know how to do this?

its possible to use a picture editor or anmiation creator to insert jpeg files into a clip
check out google for some animated picture editors

I use IncrediMail email program which is excellent for downloading animated images. If you have Photo Shop that 's very good too. You click on the picture you want to download, choose "Save picture as" find a file where you keep such graphics, click save. That's all.

there is this website (below) which allows u to use 5 pics which then generates a .gif image altho not very good for choosing how fast you want it to scroll through. you just have to guess at what speed you think is right!
