Can it make me have a dirty urinalysis reading?

If you took stratight Claritin then it should not show up on a UA- plus you can tell them ahead of time that you took it so either way it should not be a problem. If you took a decongestant it might show up, depending on what you took.

It can actually show up as "speed" is what my sister told me....
