I have 1 recipe for 'griddle cakes'? Not sure if they're the real thing, but I'd like a recipe for something similar to McDonalds pancakes.
Can anyone help me out? Thanks.

Here's the recipe I always use
1 1/4 cups flour
1 tbsp sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup oil
1 cup milk
blend dry ingredients, whisk in milk, egg and oil.
cook on heated griddle til bubbles on top break, then flip.

McDonalds pancakes are frozen so any frozen should do.
