Be social. Be a friend. Talk to people. Don't go directly looking for a prom date, but go looking for friends and the prom date will happen. Be pro-active but not too awkwardly direct. You don't want to be asked by just anybody. Be the person you want to see in others.

This is R&S, so pray. Depending on how cute you are, you might need to pray to St. Jude. Then in this day and age I understand that it is OK for a girl to ask a guy. So remember that cute quiet guy ... the one with the glasses that seems kinda smart but shy.. ask him. He is probably smart enough to learn to dance and to behave like a gentleman. Better than sitting home alone.

For my senior prom - i had just broken up with my boyfriend of 2 years. I went with 2 girlfriends - it was a blast! Much better without a date.

Have a girls night out! Bring a girlfriend or two and hangout! You don't need a guy to have a good prom.

one problem that really atractive girls sometimes face is that all those who would ask her out assumes that beiing so attractive, she HAS to have a line up of guys that want to take her out, the poor girl ends up staying home prom night because NO ONE asked her out. I don't see a problem with you asking someone out.

have you tried to get one, or waited around for a guy to ask you? I find it hard to believe that a properly motivated girl cant find a guy to go with her to the prom. Maybe you need to take a more active approach

Why don't you ask some guy to go with you? He dosen't have to be the big love of your life, just someone who would be fun. There are probably a lot of nice guys who whould love for you to ask them.

Get up the guts to ask someone instead of waiting for someone to ask you. Or see if your friends know anyone that would want to go with you.
