Good thing you took it as soon as you remembered, because it says to do exactly that on that crazy teeny tiny writing that comes with the pill, just make sure you take the next one at the normal time.

I wouldn't be too, too worried unless you had sex last night or something, then I might call the doctor and just leave a message with the nurse or something. They'll return your call and give you the best answer.

I was forgetting to take my pill all the time, and then I set an alarm on my cell phone with a special ring to remind me. That really seemed to do the trick, you might try that. And, no one knows that it's not just you getting a phone call, so you can excuse yourself easily from a crowded dinner out with friends to "take this call real quick".

I wouldn't be worried if you have kept up with it every day before that. If you are not taking it regularly then you may have a problem and then in that case you have about 60 hours to get the morning after pill. Otherwise you will be OK if you have stuck to it.

I don't want to scare you but I got pregnant on the pill from taking it late. Use back up birth control for a week or two. be overly cautious otherwise you'll have a little one running around.

Missing one pill should not be a big deal since you actually took it....but if it were me I would use a back up method for 2 weeks just to be safe.
