Last year my beautiful Manx cat Theodore went out for the evening and never came back. I love cats and the house didn't feel the same without one, so I picked up Lola from a rescue centre. She was very frightened and would pee all over the house. I found Cat Spraying No More on the internet and the techniques worked almost immediately. I haven't had a problem with Lola since. Amazing!
Can't stop your cat peeing in the house? Then worry no more...

That makes me so angry. People should keep their cats indoors.
Ask the neighbors who owns the cat and talk to the owner. Make the garage secure asap. There are other animals like skunks who can cause many more problems.
Other than that, get a fence. I feel for you, I have to pick up dog poop daily from our lawn and I don't own a dog!!

If owned, needless to say their proprietor(s) are nevertheless in the lifeless of evening a while in no longer having their pets altered. If I have been you, i might tactfully tell them that their animals have been drawing near my property and being a detrimental nuisance, and recommend how that's prevented/prevented. in the event that they're non-responsive, detached or belligerent, then borrow a cat seize (or perhaps quite a few) out of your interior sight animal administration and enable the pros confront them for you thru citations and fines. If the cats are no longer owned, then get in touch with a close-by TNR (seize/neuter/return) rescue group and enable them to help you look after the priority.

Believe it or not an old woman at a yard sale told me that she kept the neighbors cat away by sprinkling chilly powder around her yard. You have to redo it after it rains but she said it really works. We tried it because the neighbors cat was walking all over our new car and it worked.

Feliway. Its a great product. you can get it at most pet food stores, petco, or online pet supply providers. It is a repellent that deters cats from marking their territory in places you don't want them. I have used it in my house to train my cats to stay off the furniture and also to train a very stubborn male to stop peeing on the bed. Works great, but is a bit pricey.
I would also avoid the ammonia in the milk jugs if you have children, it is hazardous to your children as well as caustic to your yard.
