Mina, my my Miniature Daschund is 6 months old. Her baby teeth have all fallen out now and she is house trained etc...

As she's a Miniature it is quite hard to estimate how big she will grow. Her mum and dad were both very diferent in size ie. her mum was tiny and her dad verging on standard.

I know that mentally she will be a puppy until she is 18 months / 2 years so that's not the answer I am looking for. I understand that smaller dogs hit full size a lot quicker than bigger dogs. At nearly 7 months can I expect much more growth?

She'll probably be at full height, but her muscles and bones will still grow and develop. She may get a little heavier and wider as she goes on but I think she will probably be at her full height there. Never know though till they are about the 2 year stage.

I too have a precious little daschund puppy. She is 1 year and 20 days old. She is quite a mess and very fun loving. My vet tells me that she is grown at this point.....she weighs in at a whoping 6 pounds and 2 ounces! I guess she would be considered a mini-mini! Her parents were various sizes also but she is considerably smaller than her folks! Good luck with the little girl . How big is your little girl?

I have a mini Daschound and he topped out at around 1. He's 4 now and weights 8lbs wet . Mentally he acts like he's 6months old he likes to play all the time and wants me to cuddle with him. I don't mind he'sd my baby.

I don't think she will get much bigger but it is really hard to tell if she will favor her dad or moms size
