Try the very intelligent "Assimil Method" books. They are really good and you learn a language without having the impression you are working hard on it. I have the Italian book and hey: che bellissima lingua! And my boyfriend is learning German the same way...
There are usually 4 CDs and a text book. I really advise you to try it!

Sorry. Absolutely no Dutch is spoken, nor understood in Denmark, although the languages are comparable. (Some Danes are honestly competent to learn a few Dutch, although.) We talk Danish (VERY just about Swedish and Norwegian) as our mom tongue. But being the sort of small language subject (five million local Danish audio system) we HAVE to gain knowledge of whatever else to be understood. :o) That whatever is English which so much individuals talk kind of fluently. Some individuals recognize German (fluently within the southern side of Jutland), a few recognize French and others Spanish. So arise with a transparent and slowly spoken English and you are going to manipulate simply high-quality. Enjoy the shuttle. :o)

I used this course and got good enough to converse:

Unfortunately, it didn't prepare me for Amsterdammers who speak differently from the "standard" dutch on the tapes, but overall I was happy with the results.
