i just want to know which one is worst and if -1.75 is a really bad eyesight

-1.75 diopters is worse, but it's still not bad. I was -5.00 in both eyes before I had my radial keratotomies (now they do Lasik). After my RKs, I was 0 in both eyes until my 40s. Now I'm +2.
Just a little information for you. 20/20 vision is 0 diopters. If your prescription is a negative number, you're nearsighted. If it's positive, you're farsighted.
