No, they speak Tagalog, second language is English. It used to be a Spanish colony but that's distant past and after that they've been governed by US so Spanish lost its importance on behalf of English.

There is some Spanish mixed into Tagalog, the official language of the Phillipines. I'll tell you from personal experience, though, I am fluent in Spanish, and cannot communicate with someone who only speaks Tagalog.

The Phillipines were colonized by Spain, therefore a lot of Spanish names and surnames are used. However, Tagalog is the language spoken there and English is also common.

Not much. Some older people do but if you're planning to visit better learn either Tagalog or English.
