Spicy food's & such- your DR. should be telling you, what to & not. Ask your Dr. he'd tell you more lengthy list.

acidic foods and those include milk and tomato sauce ,, orange juice ,, but hey heres a clue, the latest info is that folkes pass ulcers to each other from contact its a bacteria thats present in the stomach and mouth and can be treated with antibiotics so if you are kissing someone or shareing drinks then you could get the bacteria that way or shareing a smoke also ,,so go and get a doctors opinion and tell the folkes around you to get tested to get a good anti-biotic good luck ps the chance of it being a natural ulcer is about 15 percent out of a 100 ,,

Having a stomach ulcer, Advoid Anything spicy & anything greasy..especially fast food..some doctors say to dodge dairy products but sometimes dairy products help some people, some people they don't, don't overeat, foods that contain alot of acid, caffeine can make ulcers worse too. Try not to eat atleast 2-3 hours before bedtime.
