Tough question, I have so many!
I've got some fantastic 5" red CFM pumps, 6" Black Ankle strap CMF pumps but if I'm going OUTSIDE I have a cute pair of 4" ankle strap open toed sandles that I love (and are actually quite comfortable for a night out). If you've got the legs these work wonders...

I have these hot 3/4 inch pointed toe, 3 1/2 inch spike heel pumps. They have a leather strap that comes up the back of my heel and wraps around my ankle just above the bone. No buckle or tie but a zipper in the back... Hot.

My sexiest shoes...that is a hard one...do boots count? I have a pair of thigh highs (just for playing...dress up I would never wear them out!) They are black stiletto heels and, zip the whole way up. They fold over at the top. Very spanky
