I'm not 100 % certain you can.....but the link below, with both e-mail and USA telephone numbers, is a place to start,,,,,

I live on STT, and know you can ferry SXM to St Barths and STK to Nevis......

From St Maarten you can get a ferry to Anguilla or St Barts but not to St Kitts, if I remember correctly.

The ferry from St Maarten will take you to Saba, St. Barth's and Anguilla. I believe you can get to St. Kitts by private charter or flying.

Just point the ferry to St. Kitts and keep your eye on the horizon.

inter island air ,
out of princess Julianna airport three or four times a day,
90 bucks return. most carriers will have a schedule its a very nice island never heard of a boat that goes that far.
