I'm approximately 38 inches fat. When compared to other guys in my school it's really confusing how I become so fat even without eating like them. I don't eat much but I drink a lot of water daily. But may be it's because my country is really hot. About 32C. I have tea two or three times a day and never eat other than breakfast, lunch and dinner. For breakfast in my house, we normally have oat, for the lunch, we get rice and for dinner...the same (it's the usual manner). So for every meal I serve myself with no more than one dish or plate. But still, I AM FAT! I hardly use sugar...plus I hate sweets. So please help me out to become thin...to have my muscles firm and fit. I need to reduce my waist size and my thighs. And if you can give me a link that leads to a free help site for my problem, that would be great! Any medicine or exercise or whatever is accepted. Thanks!

Your body will burn carbs before it burns fat. If you take in less carbs your body will be forced to use fat for energy. Cut back on carbs (especially white carbs such as; white bread, white rice, etc) and increase protein and exercise.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

OK! This work with me. I was near 100kg. So i start diet called Medical diet. You need to go under the rule of this diet 20 days and i hope that you will have luck to get from 8 to 15 kg for 20 days. First day you eat just pasta (no ketchup no mayo no cheese), second day eat rice, next 3 days eat chicken meat with salad, next 3 days eat beef meat with salad, next 3 days eat fish with salad, than you have 2 days coocked meal or soup with salad, than 2 days patetos (boiled, fried), 2 days fruit(fresh not from can or frozen), day 18 pasta (like first), day 19 rice (like second day) and finaly last day 20 you eat candy(just one tupe if your choice is white chocolate all day white chocolate). You can dring coffee shugar free, natural juces, and min 2L wather per day. If you smoke you can go on but trie to smoke small no of cigs during the diet

u are eating too much carbs (oatmeal and rice) stay with the meats

also get some exercise. walk/jog 30 minutes a day and light weight training...it will do wonders

More protein and less carbs. Check out the Atkins Diet.

Exercise is key.

jog on a normal basis and eat fruits too...lay off of the carbs and get an ab lounge!!

if you can,try to get on jogging schedule, at least 4 timesa week for at least 20 minutesa day starting out. then try to run farther and harder. the more you run the better you will feel.

You probably have a slow metabulism. You need to build it up with exercize. You also need more fruits and veggies in your diet.
