I left my cell phone in my boyfriend's truck last night and when I went back to get it I accidently scratched the door with my tennis bracelet. Damn those bracelets..they're so pretty but they have torn a cashmere sweater of mine too. Anyway..I didn't initially confess, he loves that truck and was already mad at me. Should I own up or wait if he notices? I know he'll freak..btw it's a medium size scratch I would notice on my car.

if hes your boyfriend, then honesty and trust are the number one things you need to have a successful relationship. Yeah he may be mad, but you need to tell him, otherwise it will eat u up inside, and everytime he talks about the "Bas*ard who scratched his truck" (which im sure he will say--most guys do) you'll feel hurt, not only because it was you who scratched the truck but also because someone who means alot to you is upset. So get brave and just tell him, tell him you're extremely sorry and it was a total accident, if it really bothers him, suggest he get an estimate to have it fixed, and once you've saved the money up for it you'll pay to have it fixed. Its the only thing you can say that will make him see how sorry you really are, and then maybe he won't make you pay, but it will show him how much you respect him to tell him the truth. Even if hes sooo mad at first he doesn't say "its ok", he'll eventually see it. Good Luck!

Tell him. Explain that it was accident. There is nothing worse than finding out from someone else/on your own. Offer to help him repair the scratch. He has every right to be upset if you don't tell him. But if he's really unforgiving about a mistake, you should second-guess this relationship.

Yes because relationships are based on trust and if you lie about an accident and he finds out later he is going to wonder what else have you lied about since this you didn't mean to do what about the stuff you did mean to to and have game plan to fix it so it defuses the situation and apologizes everyone likes it people humble themselves and mean it it shows remorse do it when he is in good mood.

Hahhaaa...SHOULD tell you to tell the truth (but) if he didn't see you and there were no witnesses and he will never suspect unless you tell him - don't tell him. lol
I know that's not cool, but I have to say - if he is going to freak and get mad - then let him do (but not at you) Why cause friction if you can avoid it. Don't EVER tell - lol.
(just for gawds sake don't tell another living soul - by the way - should you have stated it here? Might he see?)
Ohhh seeeee the cover-up is already too much! hahhaa

Just keep quiet just now. He may not know at all.
If he does, say it may be your bracelet. Or own up as u want.
Do what makes you feel good inside.

tell him what happend. u didnt mean to do it. just let him know youll pay for the touch up. hell respect you more if you fess up to it right away instead of waiting. it will just make it worse if u dont tell him concidering hes already mad at you.

If you can get it fixed without telling him go for it. Otherwise confess and offer to pay.

you might want to pay to get it fixed instead of trying to play all innocent and lying about it...that will only make him want to take your precious bracelet and toss it into a garbage disposal...while it's still attached to your wrist.

I'm sure he already noticed. Tell him and relieve him of the ignorance of not knowing how it happened.

And apologize of course.
