carino or...mi amor..there is not a literal translation, but I'd say "carino" is the most appropiate. (It's writen with the "n" as in "Espana" but I dont have it on this k/board)

Well litearally its Dulce Corazon..if you were to use that exact phrase turn it around a little and say this... Ay mi Corazon De Dulce. or Corazonsito de Dulce. Although its not as common as. Carino (sry dont have the n with accent) or Amor. Mijo.... Papi....Mi vida. or even Querido. Those i think are the most used.

Cariño. If your partner is Spanish then start learning their language a little better.

My spanish friends use querida (darling) muneca (sweetie) with the spanish n. or papichula (for a guy) but that's slang.

Mi vida is my life mi corazon my heart... I guess you get it.

Literal tranlsation "dulce corazón" does not exist.
Depending on the country, you can use "cariño", "amor", "mi amor", "corazón", "mi vida", "mi cielo", etc.

Beware of the translation one person has given you....its a word you wouldn't want your mother to hear you say. P**A. Shame on them.
