Is to eat musli with milk enough? I also drink herbal tea.

Fibre, which fills you up. Some fruit, for the quick energy. And some kind of protien, for long-lasting energy.
So yeah, muesli is good, tho it can have up to 500 cals a serving, so go carefully! You might try wholewheat couscous with plain yogurt, brown sugar, nuts and fresh fruit as a variation. I had that for brekky today and it rocks.

Protein from eggs or lean meat is good...fresh fruits are good, even oatmeal is good...stay away from filler foods or high fiber cereals that are processed...they will have the wrong carbs and sugars...

Stay completely away from sugar....it might pep you for a few minutes...but the draining effect later will wipe you out...

Herbal teas are great, just not by themselves...

And drink lots of water....

Add some Orange Juice for vitamin C. Fruit such as bananas are high in potassium, those are good. Yogurt or cottage cheese as a good way to get protein.

first thing in the morning i go to the fridge and get out my unsweetened grapefruit juice and turn up the jug and drink my fill
