I think it is easier on the Internet but I would prefer to talk to someone face to face. But it is awkward to go up to someone and ask if they want to talk about religion. But on the Internet if you see someone on a certain site you know they want to discuss religion.

When you try to reason with a twisted religious fanatic in person that will your last encounter so keep that in mind. Most christians only care to hear what pleases them and they do not understand what an open mind is and therefor how can you really have a discussion based on that? If you put all the christians in a room with weapons and locked them up for a day after that time the only true christian would be left.

I prefer talking face to face, but you're right. Two of the houses in my neighborhood are empty and the other's are at work right now, so it's easier to "speak" over the internet.

Yes. Because the people are around you are people you have to associate with every day. The people on the internet are faceless and won't impact life one way or another if you tick them off by saying something they consider to be the wrong thing.

It's easier for me to talk on the internet in general. But then, I'm an introvert.

In my situation, the Internet is much easier. I can not find many people in my life , around me, that want to hear of Lord God Almighty and Jesus Christ.

I think it's harder here. Because you have to hurry up and type it and hope that you get your point across in so many words ..... then it's on to the next question.
Conversations outside of here happen more organically and you get more interjecting from others. It's much easier for me to discuss it than it is to type it.

Yes...it can be easier...I can be more thoughtful in my words if I have time to think and pray on them...I do better that way...others do better face to face. Since I write and edit poetry, It's more natural for me to be fluent in "penning" than in speaking...
Good question, by the way, thank you for bringing it up !

Of course it's easier to speak about it on the internet, it's just not effective.

There is no difference for me. Some people enjoy the comfort of hiding behind their computer monitor.
