I'm not sure that the wording of your question will get you the answer that you seek. Should you not be asking if God is real, ... rather than if Christianity is true?
Christianity is a religion, a teaching, a group of people who follow a teaching within a faith. The God that Christianity is based on is the foundation of that faith.
How do we prove that God is real or true? We can't. Our minds have a hard time fathoming that idea of a being so powerful that no other is greater. We have a hard time understanding a being that knows the unknowable, sees that which can't be seen, hears our thoughts (present and future), knows the number of hairs on our heads ...... How can that be proved? It can't. ................ So, we take it on faith.

With the aside that you pose, nothing. You either believe or don't. I personally believe that Jesus was probably married, but have no concrete proof of it. People will say have faith, but it is a "cop out". Faith is another word for belief, so its just a way to stop thinking, and believe what they read because they are afraid not to. Seems most Christians believe in a kind an loving god that will punish them if they don't have faith. To me that is a dictatorship. If a dictator tells you to worship him or else face an acid bath (like Saddam Hussein) That is not kind and loving god. God gave us the ability to think and reason, not behave like robots with only one program. I am sorry I strayed from the subject a bit.

EVERYTHING requires faith at some step in it's proof. Even science. There is a lot of speculation and faith in the interpretation of scientific evidence. You have to have faith in your instruments and ultimately, in your senses and your mind.
Christianity can be proven likely by the fact that the events reported in the Bible are corroborated by so much other evidence, ancient records, the geologic column, etc. As far as having something to drag into a lab and do experiments on, you cant even prove the one-time existence of Charles Darwin that way.

To prove the truth held by a religion is an impossible task. (Kant had to say a lot to that question, but he is exceedingly hard to read.)
In my opinion, the closest we can come to find out whether or not Christianity (or any religion) is true, is to try out, whether it works: Meaning if living by the teaching of Jesus actually results in that peace an joy promised, than there is a good likelihood that the rest of the teaching 'eternal life etc.' might have something to it as well.

i am muslim and i do not reject christianity if you read the bible and the quran u will see there are many many many similarities but also differences so i can not disprove that christianity is true because in my beleif it is i cannot be a muslim and not beleive in the bible or torah it is my obligation to no these were also revelations from God to the people but the problem comes in with the translation and corruption of the bible
if one is to read the bible in english they are not in fact readin its exact meaning as you probably well know sooo much can get lost in translation especially when u make so many different versions of it but i dont think it is a false religion but moreso that some of its true teachings are altered

Asking Jesus Christ to be my Savior and Lord changed my life. He delivered me from addictions (while leaving me with others to be worked out with Him over time), put peace and joy in my heart (where before there were only brief encounters with happiness, which is just based on circumstances), and gave me hope (a knowledge that I am not alone going through this life, not here or hereafter). you can experience this, too. Find a Bible believing church, and ask someone about it.

Short of Return or Judgement, nothing can Prove it. Christianity is based on Faith, which does not require proof.

Jesus said to Thomas, "Blessed are those who believe but have not yet seen". Just like the wind, we know it exists although we can't see it. But we do see the work of the wind. We see it blow the leaves on the trees but from where does it come and where does it goes; so is the Holy Spirit.

The prophecies in the Bible prove Christianity to be true.
It's uncanny how they are either fulfilled, or are in the process of being fulfilled.
The Bible's track record alone should convince those who are sincerely searching.
