She's a supervisor, and she makes me draw her things all the time, and has kind of been touchy-feely when we've been out after work with people.

I'm bad at telling, but should I maybe pursue this? I'm a big klutz with women.

Be very careful - actually, she need to be even more careful. Does your company do any sort of harassment training? They are supposed to and this is a prime example of how your supervisor could lose her job. Let's say her touchy-feely ways around you are flattering to you right now but at some point become unwelcome. Two things could happen - either she can make your life miserable at work because you turned her away, or you could file a complaint against her and she could lose her job. Any way you shake it this is a lose-lose situation for both of you. Please don't pursue this and don't encourage her - it has a great possibility of ending badly for both of you.

Just let her make all the moves. How about this... next time she gets all touchy-feely with you just gaze into her eyes, if she leans in for a kiss, then lean in also, if she doesn't then just laugh it off. But be careful, I wouldn't want you to loose your job over something as crazy as 'sexual harassment'. It has happen to some guys I know. The girl was flirting and everything and as soon as the guy responded......'sexual harassment!!!'

Just keep being friendly keep the relationship professional, If you were at a club i'd say go for it, but in a working environment, you could complicate things.
If you can hold out for another month and she is still flirting with you then just ask her out, I suppose there's more important things in life than work.

I do not think it is a good idea. I had a family member that had a relation ship with a co-worker and things went bad... She actually got him suspended and then fired from work... If you like your job i wouldnt do it. She can get u fired if things dont go her way. Plus it isnt very professional and you can get in trouble form the person who is abover her.

Work relationships are rarely a good idea.
Especially since she is your boss. If things go poorly, she could make you life a living hell.
I guess it all depends on whether you are willing to look for another job if things don't work out the way you hope them to.
Good luck.

Sometimes women just flirt. What you can do is gt a bunch of people to go to the same bar after work for happy hour. There you will have an opportunity to get to know her better. That's how I got to know my husband.

ohhhhnooooo...don't go there!!!! Your not even sure if your reading the situation right. I say that if your interested you should weigh all the possibilities and thennnnn mayyyyyybeeeee being a gentleman ask her out...ifffff...your truly attracted and she is too. I'm a firm believer in no hanky panky in the work place...someone always ends up losing their position in the end...or wishing the other would.

if you like this supervisor . stop going out! ive seen good supervisors get fired over this. mainly because of the gossip from the other associates you work with and talk to her about this . you are treading on thin water.

well to be honest if you try it out with your boss and it dont work out you could be out of a job or she could make things awkward or you at work . ON the other hand if things do work out you could be looking at a really nice raise.
