i want to get a little star tattoo on the back of my neck, but lower then my collar on my shirt, but where can i get one.. i'm 16, and really want it.. my mom said she would take me, but that i'm too young, cause in new york , you have to be 18. bummer

Just think, you have two years to think about whether you really want it or not. No reputable tattoo shop will tattoo anyone under 18.

seriously just wait. don't get a tattoo just to get one-get one because you want one. Someone else said it earlier- any reputable tattoo parlor wouldnt tattoo anyone under the age of 18--so wait.

i suggest you wait. i now its hard too but its better than to get it done by someone that does it at home b/c if you get one and you dont like it for any reason your stuch with it untill you get it fixxed but its more money to get it covered than to get it on fresh skin
