I don't know why that would be bad. In fact, toss in some cheese and I'll be there for dinner!

I'm always curious when someone starts a question with "is it bad...." which implies that they have already heard that it might be! Sounds like you're keeping a diet of low carbs and high protein. Which is good, on the one hand, but I'm concerned that you may be limiting yourself too much. How about throwing in some whole grains? Also, make sure that your "meat" choices are fairly lean cuts of beef, chicken, pork, and fish. The goal of a good and healthy eating plan is to find balance.

There could be worse shopping lists. It's not bad but, it could be better. The fruits and veggies makes it. I personally can't live without cheese and would definitely add that to the list. Olive oil and some nuts too.

Don't listen to lewis balls. It is true that there are chemicals in the meat, but that is only to ensure the meat stays preserved, along with the protein. Any substantially potent additives in the meat is broken down by our enzymes. It's like milk and its sugar lactose. Some people claim symptoms of feeling lactose-intolerant when they haven't had milk in a long time but once you begin to drink it again your lactase enzymes reform and begin to break it down. The only comment that I agree with is the carbs, although the sugars from the fruits are healthy you need a more substantial and long term sugar.

It doesn't sound like your taking in any Carbohydrates. maybe you should try some whole oats. They are a good carb which will give you energy, it will also clean out you heart. Which will probably a good thing considering all the meat your eating.

If you are a researcher on meat then you'll know how dangerous that stuff is filled to the brim with nothing but chemicals and injected with nothing but junk junk junk that when you eat meat you get something your body reacts to because it isn't natural. So, please, eat your veggies and fruit loops.

Maybe you should add whole grains and yogurt. Sometimes change meat for fish or chicken or turkey.

You should buy some toilet paper, it's hard to wipe with meat, fruit or veggies.
