My new boyfriend is the sweetest guy ever. He's a senior and about 6'3" and I'm 5'5". He drinks alot and so do i. But when we're in school or anywhere for that matter he always clings on to me. He always says that he loves me and that he always wants to be with me. I've known him for about 8 or 9 years and I'm also in love with him. But the thing is that he spends way to much money on me. Like expensive restaurants, jewlery, anything. He says that he loves me and that he wants to spend alot of money on me but in a way I feel uncomfortable about it. I know he loves me but is he going over the top. And plus he's also rich.

well just let him know that i he doesn't have to buy you expensive stuff or take you to really nice and fancy restaurants.. but if his rich well i don't know why your complaining if he has the money to give you everything he can i mean i would understand if he did not have much and he would only waist everything he had on you but that's not the case here so just enjoy it

but let him know what all that stuff don't matter to you as much as he might think that it does everything u want is his love not his money

or simply buy this cd from j-lo my love don't cost a thing
or love don't cost a thing

If he loves you and wants to be there for you physically and materialistically, let him! You say you are in love with him, so obviously he is a good guy mentally too. What more could you want from him? If you don't like it, tell him, honesty is a great trait, but he is not doing anything wrong, maybe you're just unappreciative. And stop drinking so much... it's bad for both of you and your relationship.

Just be careful. Clinging and drinking a lot may not mean anything too serious, but sometimes men like that are too dependent - I know it sounds strange. If that's so, there may be problems later.

If he's going to be so kind let him because i tell ya one thing you don't find guys like him everyday they're one in a million.
Be thankful for what you got and if your not move on. I'm sure there's someone out there that would love to be wined and dined.

Simply tell him that true love isn't bought, it's a feeling given freely. It's shown by actions, not gifts.
