What do I do when my best friend's ex boyfriend is threatining her??

Her boyfriend is telling her that he is going to beat her because she broke up with him. She broke up with him because he was cheating on her but he tried to say he wasn't and he was always putting her down calling her a slut and all kinds of other stuff.

talk to her about it, come up with a solution to end the problem.. maybe talk to a counselor.. or maybe she should change her number.
