Well, let her know the consequences of her actions. Let her know that what she is doing is only causing harm to herself. There is something lacking (maybe older male presence?) if that's what she is doing. Don't be surprised if your parents call the police and say that you ran away.

First of all, you could go after the 17 year old boy. While ruining his life would be a last resort, it is an option. Explain to the young boy that you can charge him with statutory rape which will mark him as a registered sex offender for life. If this doesn't work, file a restraining order against him. The only other options are let him know that you will tell everyone he knows at school church and in the community that he is sleeping with a baby. She really is a baby still. The last thing I can think of is move away like my brother in law did when he found out about his 12 year old daughter and her 16 year old boyfriend. It is extremely hard to correct behavior in young women of this age and usually will cause her to rebel more but, as a father of 5 daughters I am a firm believer in the bible which says, "spare the rod and spoil the child". I would take her over my knee and then take her down to the nearest shelter for unwed teenage mothers.
Lastly and most important I would let her know how much I love her.

See when I have kids, right after they are born I am going to grow a cactus outside of their bedroom window so by the time they are old enough to sneak out, the cactus would be huge so they wouldnt be ableto get around it. Also I'm going to get a security system, so each time a window or a door opens, it will beep so I will know. But if my 13 year old was sneaking around and sleeping with a 17 year old.... well thats when an all girls school come in and the boy will get my foot up his ***.

If you talk to these girls who are having sex when they are so young, it's usually because they are not getting enough attention at home or school. They are also not involved in extra activities at school. She is not going to stop until she feels more self worth, more loved and more needed. She is as much to blame as the boy. He is still a kid too. She has to start talking about her problems to someone who is not judgemental and who will help her before she becomes pregnant or infected w/ a disease.

Call the cops on the 17 year old and then freak her out with studies on sexually transmitted diseases. Nothing like nasty painful incurable diseases to deter anyone from have sex. I did this with my sister and she was a virgin until she was 17 (long term boyfriend) I sat her down when she was 13
