I would say it is bad but it's freakin funnier than s***.
That sounds like something I might do. I get bad service a lot from places. That is a new one I might think about next time.

Yes, that would be wrong. Just don't leave a tip if the service is bad. And sometimes, the service is bad because the server is new or is having some kind of personal problem and is so upset that they don't even feel like being there at all.

Considering that you apparently have crazy glue at the ready, I would say that you probably go around behaving badly and asking for bad service.
There is this restraunt called (golden arches anyway), and they dont generally need tips.... this might be for you....

You could be charged with assault and also have to pay that persons medical bill for removal.
have you thought what would happen if the person has a chemical reaction to the glue or panics and tears there skin can you afford that and can you afford new teeth because they probably will punch yours out ?

That is just...very childish...And VERY rude. If they served bad, just don't give them as much of a tip. Or if the restaurant continuously has bad servers, take it to the manager.

Ok...if you seriously take time out of your life to do this, then you really need to figure out why you are so vindictive. Just remember that everyone has bad days (service industry or not).

Have you ever been a waitress or a server think how you would want to be treated. Treat others how you want to be treated.

I'd say yes, it is wrong. I'd suggest not leaving a tip at all.
