Well I'm assuming that he is interested in you and you're in a relationship. With that said my advise is to gain his attention and don't let him forget you. Put on a sexy outfit and stand in front of him. If that doesn't work go and sit on his lap and start kissing him. You should be able to take it from here.
Another idea is to get his favorite food and let him eat it off you. For an example if he likes chocolate put some on you finger and let him lick it off.
You could also try getting him in the mood by giving him a massage. I would start with his back or head and slowly move your hands over his back neck and head. Then start moving you hands over his chest until he is in the mood and then you should be able to take over (This works best if he is sitting).
If none of those work I would try waking him (again I'm assuming your in a relationship and he spends the night sometimes) up by kissing his neck and nibbling his ear. He should wake up in the mood and what do you know you're already in bed.

If he's moody and difficult, why even bother seducing him? Isn't there anyone else more deserving than this moody difficult person ?
