Well, I started dieting about 11 days ago. I have lost 1 kilo, I would like to lose about 5 kilos. I'm not really fat, I just have a big stomach, and I am very greedy with food and I think about food all the time. I have started to eat healthier, and I only eat what I am given. That's breakfast, for example, a piece of toast with low-fat butter and skimmed milk, for lunch i might have a tuna salad, and for dinner i might have chicken with rice and salad, then a low-fat youghurt. I do about 40 sit-ups a day.
I really think about food, a lot, especially when there's some chocolate left in the fridge, I cannot take my mind off it. But I try to be strong, and grab a glass of water instead.
I constantly think about FOOD.
I really want to be slim and sort my eating habits out, I am very very greedy with my food and I am now getting sick and tired of them. I really do NOT need all of that food! If I didn't eat all of this food, I would have a lovely figure. it's too hard! help please!

Well you are up to 40 situps a day after 11 days.. move it up a notch to 45.

Also to keep the appetite away eat lots of fruit and veggies. Keep a tupperware container full of peeled carrots and apple wedges. Get a hunger thought? chew on one of them. They will use more calories to go all the way through then they will give you, so they actually make you burn more. Plus Apples cause your body to exchange vitamins and protiens. Instead of pure water, try 50/50 water and PURE apple juice mixed.

The first weeks are hard, but if you modify your eating habits and sport habits, they will become your new habits and you won't look back.

Good luck

I observed the booklet to be very informative and effortless to learn. I've misplaced 17 kilos in 12 days, I'm simply worried that I'm wasting an excessive amount of weight, too swiftly. I will admit I have not adopted the consultant precisely. I'm now not sticking flawlessly to the indexed meals and meal plans (however most often) and doing little or no recreation, however the weight continues flying off. It naturally works and if I'd adopted it precisely I consider it could scare the dwelling daylights out of me when you consider that of the quantity that I'd lose. So thank you once more for the expertise. I've certainly not bought some thing like this earlier than when you consider that they're ordinarily stuffed with trash, however 3WD has been a quality shock. Get began at present!

When dieting you will typically lose the water weight first. If you do not adjust what you are eating then it becomes more difficult. I always start with the basics. You need to determine your BMI or body mass index and then determine how much protein and calories you need a day. The object is to make sure that you get what you need! There is no reason to be hungry on a diet. Your body can put itself into starvation mode in as little time as 5 hours!
Exercise is helpful, but will not be the determining factor to losing weight. Vegetables and fruit are great, but do not have a lot protein in them. Protein is the building block. So you need at least 64 ounces of water a day. Most people just never get enough water. Any way I have a lot of additional info. Just let me know if this at least help a little bit.

i think this is most likely psychological. you should maybe try to figure out what food represents to you and why you are so focused on it? obviously there are other connections to it. comfort, stress relief, leisure, reward? if it's any of those things you will have to determine alternative means of making yourself comfortable, rewarded etc. make those things pleasant and fun like buying yourself something new or giving yourself a facial, watching some comedy...whatever you enjoy. then when you start to focus on food figure out what you really want and relieve it with an alternative activity.
