holding hands is ok, a peck on the lips or cheek is ok, but beyond that you need to get a room, the rest of us don't want to see it :-)

Well it depends.
I think holding hands, and a few kisses here and there, maybe even a pat on the butt is appropriate.
I think its disgusting at the mall, at a diner, or walking around somewhere when a couple is sitting there just making out or groping eachother innapropriately.
There is a fine line.
To me PDA should be a sign of being in love or happy to be with that person so of course sometimes you can't resist but when its soft porn no get a room

Its beautiful really. When you see a couple display affection to each other without a care of who's around them, then that show in a way how much they love each other (as long as they still respect the public though).

I think that there is a limit. Holding hands and short kisses and hugs is ok. It becomes a bit much when you see a full on french kiss in public and all you think is wow.. They could take that to a hidden spot or something.
But that's just my opinion

you realize of course the term "PDA" for public display of affection was invented by schools to keep teenagers from making out in the hallways. this is not a question or idea for freethinking responsable adults. if you have even half a brain in your skull you will realize this is a dumb idea.

Depends on how serious it is.
A hug or quick kiss (on the lips or cheek, for example) is fine.
But really making out in public, when everyone can see you, is just gross and disrespectful. At least take it in to an alley, folks.

I like girls who like to do things in public. Especially in crowds while there is a lot going on. It makes it that much more exciting...the thrill of possibly being busted in public. Good times!!!

i get weird when my boyfriend wants to make-out in the hall, so i try not to have many people around.. and like i think its ok, like it just shows your care and affection to another person.
