Can any tattoo artists tell me some tips on shading tattoos? (e.g: improving strokes, making a smoother shade, tips on needles to use, etc) What do you all do to make for a better overall look? Anything at all would be helpful. Thanx!

The only advice you need is to get a proper apprenticeship and get some proper training, we dont help scratchers here and if you want to be repsected you dont need to be elarning to tattoo from a bunch of god knows whos online.

Sorry BeccaJo....people aren't going to help you on here if you're a scratcher....you need to get an apprenticeship under a real tattoo artist.

You need to ask your shop mentor. That is where all apprentices should go for help.
