Multiply the kilometres by 5, then divide by 8.

As has been said, multiply kilometers by 5 & divide by 8. For miles to kilometers, do the opposite.

multiply the first number by 6 an it will be close.
I.E. 60 kilometers = multiply 6x6=36 mph
80 kilometers 8x6=48mph
