Time....depends on what you are "cleaning". Drugs take time to exit, bacteria and viral infections require doctor intervention.

Why do you need to clean your urine? If you are talking about passing a drug test, there is little you can do that honestly works. I have heard drinking pickle juice can help..but I have never personally had to do such a thing. The best thing for you to do is stop doing drugs!

I work for a physicians office. The best thing you can do is drink water and LOTS of cranberry juice to flush out the urine quickly. ;)

If you're trying to get clean for a drug test, they can tell if you've diluted your urine. So they'll make you take it again. Maybe that's to your advantage if you used a fast-metabolising drug like cocaine, but if you're trying to clean pot out of your system quick, forget about it. It stays in your body for weeks.

Milk Thistle. It actually is a detox that cleans the liver and kidneys. Great for hangovers too.
