If that's the case, then all cancer would end up killing themselves. Unfortunately, cancers secrete certain growth factors that stimulates blood vessel growth (or angiogenesis), and therefore cancer cells can produce their own blood supply (drawing from the body of course) that sustains their growth. While sometimes part of the tumor may eventually outstrip their own blood supply (usually in the center of a large mass) and become necrotic, other parts of the tumor will continue to grow.

I'm not sure but it could grow so large that it cuts off your blood supply...and you loose your arm or leg or wherever the tumor is. Rarely though

Rare. But possible. And the person doesn't die, the tumor disappears.

Ultimately, that's what happens whenever anyone dies of cancer.
When the heart stops beating ... the tumor will eventually die.
